Daiwa Capital Management relocated its U.S. headquarters from the Financial District to Midtown Manhattan. The new office featured two high-end LED displays but lacked a clear strategy to turn them into meaningful communication tools.

A Strategic Opportunity

When Daiwa Capital Management relocated its U.S. headquarters from the Financial District to Midtown Manhattan, it marked a new chapter for the firm.​

 

The new office featured two high-end LED displays—one in reception and one in a multipurpose space—but lacked a clear strategy to turn them into meaningful communication tools.

Our team led a comprehensive digital display strategy focused on:

  • Aligning content with Daiwa’s global financial leadership, Japanese heritage, and NYC presence

  • Defining distinct roles for each display—public storytelling vs. internal engagement

  • Developing modular, branded templates and content schedules for flexibility and ease-of-use

  • Building a scalable, intuitive CMS setup within AppSpace

  • Supporting seasonal updates, personalized messaging, and functional, ambient content
