Strategy First

Bravo Media developed a fully custom retro video arcade built around the theme: Classic Games, Reimagined by KPMG. Our goals:

  • Increase engagement between sessions

  • Spark interest in the Digital Gateway platform

  • Deliver fun, branded content with meaningful interaction

  • Track participation and drive repeat visits

A Taxing Challenge

Each year, KPMG hosts its U.S. Cross-Border Tax Conference—a high-profile gathering of clients and prospects featuring keynotes, sessions, and networking.

For their Miami event, they wanted to add something different: an interactive experience that would keep energy high between sessions and spotlight their digital offering, KPMG Digital Gateway.

The ask? Make it fun, on-brand, and unforgettable.

The Approach

We rebuilt classic arcade games from scratch—each one redesigned through the lens of KPMG’s business:

  • Pac-Man became Ms. Taxman

  • Spy Hunter became Compliance Hunter

  • Space Invaders became Gen AI Invaders

  • And more—each incorporating KPMG messaging, visuals, and inside references

We also built a custom badge scanner, allowing attendees to scan in, track their scores, and compete on daily leaderboards with real prizes at stake—boosting foot traffic and fueling friendly competition throughout the event.

Game Time

The arcade was more than a nostalgic hit—it became a centerpiece of the conference.

  • Over 4,000 plays logged across three days

  • KPMG teams used the space as a soft-touch networking zone

  • 5x increase in meeting requests compared to the previous year

  • High scores became bragging rights—and a perfect icebreaker
