The Approach
Working closely with Le Bernardin’s kitchen, we filmed each step of the intricate plating process for every course.
These visuals were projection-mapped to each guest’s individual setting, creating a stunning prelude to the real dish.
Between courses, ambient visuals and elegant brand metaphors filled the table—subtle nods to transformation, precision, and excellence—reinforcing PwC’s identity without ever interrupting the flow of the evening.
