Service Description
Bravo Events provides different photobooths and experiences that capture and share memorable moments for event attendees. Photobooths, escape rooms, and other experiences may be offered at various events, and the service may include sending SMS messages to participants.
The service may send text messages containing information such as personalized media, event updates, promotional content, or other relevant experience communications.
SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to the service.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Retention
This service is designed for temporary use during a specific event or experience.
Information collected through the service, including mobile phone numbers, messages, and associated experience data, is generally retained only for the duration of the experience and is typically deleted or purged shortly after the experience concludes, generally within the same day or overnight.
We do not maintain participant information longer than reasonably necessary to operate the experience, troubleshoot technical issues, meet security requirements, or comply with applicable law.
Certain limited technical records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system administration.

Mobile Number Privacy

Acceptable Use

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary, including at the conclusion of the associated event or experience.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will include a revised Effective Date.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bravo Media Productions, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the service.
